We need to all agree to pay David approximately $250.00 to move the salt from George’s garage to Mr. Martin’s yard. This does not require a meeting to decide. All suggestions will be appreciated.
Our new address for all correspondence and HOA payments is P.O.Box 63700 Washington, DC 20019.
Please remind the Members that HOA payments are due on the 1st of January, April, July, October. Late fees will be charged and interest as per our by laws on the 10th of those months. All members that are not paid up to the required date will not be able to vote at the next annual meeting.
A final board meetings for the year will be held on the third Wednesday of December. All members are invited to attend at 7:30 pm. Lynette this will be held at your house if possible.
December 19th is our annual Christmas party and Tree decoration this year.
All cars on common property are subject to a fine of $100.00 per day after written notice and will be towed at owners expense.
We need a meeting to approve the budget and distribute it to the members this month as per our by laws.
Also in this same correspondence we need to send out the form so anyone that wants to be on the board can put their name on the list.
